Shawna Baca to Direct a Music Video of Nadine Risha's "Sacred Stones"

Filmmaker Shawna Baca, who won a Tabloid Witch Award in 2007, is directing a music video for artist Nadine Risha. According to Baca:

"I am so excited to share with you a project I have been working on for Higher Conscious/World Peace artist, Nadine Risha, on her song titled, Sacred Stones. The song is a invocation for Hindu Deity, Lord Vishnu, who is the remover of all fear and obstacles. His symbol is a lotus flower, which is one of my favorite symbols.

"The song is beautifully sung in Sanskrit and Latin and has epic sounds like something you would hear on a movie soundtrack for Gladiator or Lord of the Rings.

"When I first heard the song, I was immediately compelled to direct this music video in a genre of music that you don't see many original videos done in. This was no small task as the song is almost eight minutes long, so we've had to launch a Kickstarter campaign to help finish the video.

"Please take a moment to visit our page and see if you feel compelled to join us in helping getting this video done or at least can help us spread the word. We have just a few days left and a little more to raise. Our minimum goal was 3k, but we need 6k to finish all the post production and get this video out there.

"We shot three days on a shoestring budget but what we are doing with as a passion of love and labor the arts is incredible. You will never know we did it with a tiny crew, small budget and all our friends helping us.

"Nadine has set some amazing awards for anyone who pledges and I know you will love her music as much as I do.

"See Sacred Stones on KickStarter".
