Sean Kurosawa Wins Big at L.A. Underground Film Forum

When Sean Kurosawa's Okhotsk of the Living Dead won for Best Editing in the 2021 Tabloid Witch Awards, it was his first film award.

Kurosawa said his award gave him confidence in his filmmaking skills. It also brought him the respect of friends and family, who until then doubted his ability.

On July 9, 2022, Kurosawa continued his winning streak, when Okhotsk of the Living Dead picked up two awards at the Los Angeles Underground Film Forum.
